Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Starting prices of the services listed here range from $50 to $250. Each engineer sets their own price, and bigger packages can cost more. You see the full price before you pay, and there is no buyer fee on top.
How long does it take?
Delivery times of the services listed here range from 3 days to 7 days. Every listing shows its delivery time, and each service page shows how many revisions are included.
How should I prepare my stems?
Export every track as its own WAV file (24-bit, at your session's sample rate), all starting at the same point so they line up. Turn off effects on the master bus, leave some headroom, name each file clearly (for example "Lead vocal" or "Kick"), and include a rough mix plus the tempo (BPM) and key. For mastering, send the final stereo mix.
How does escrow work?
You pay up front, but Resona holds the money in escrow instead of sending it to the creator. The creator delivers in the project studio, and you can approve the work, ask for a revision or open a dispute. The creator is only paid after you approve. Always pay through Resona: money sent any other way is not protected.
